So, I guess hoarding every single textfile on winmx was my deal or something at the time. There was this thing where to allow propogation of new server files, all files (I believe) < 32K were allowed to skip the queue, so textfiles could be easily hoarded. There's probably a bunch of sketchy junk in here. I had a "download all the things" attitude at the time, so none of this should reflect me, but should hopefully be a pretty accurate representation of textfiles on WINMX in 2003....

We aim for composing algorithmic music in an interactive way with multiple participants. To this end we have developed an interpreter for a sub-language of the non-strict functional programming language Haskell that allows the modification of a program during its execution. Our system can be used both for musical live-coding and for demonstration and education of functional programming.

An almost complete collection of Alexander Rutz’ Fasttracker II Modules originally in a 3-CD set. The songs range from experimental psychedelic to instrumental epics. Loads of undescribable songs as well as a few strange cover versions.

Presents the ecology of a deciduous forest area of the type found along the southern fringes of the Laurentian Shield, showing the forest as an integrated community of living things, both plant and animal, balanced by conflict as well as harmony in the never-ending struggle for survival.
